The importance of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) in the charity sector – Isha Sadiq, Senior Internal DEI Consultant, EW Group, discussed EDI in the charity sector — what we mean by EDI and how to approach barriers to inclusion.

Kind leadership – Shahida Aslam, Director of Operations, Helena Kennedy Foundation – Shahida shared her personal experiences and thoughts on leadership and the positive impact this can have on teams and the experiences they offer supporters.

Legacy case study – This case study presented by Barnardo's Sarah Dalling, Senior Legacy Marketing Manager, and Lucy Richardson, Legacy Marketing Manager showcased how collaboration created a top-drawer legacy campaign for the children's charity.

Charity roundtable discussion – Senior leaders Tracey Pritchard (RSPCA), Paul Amadi, (British Red Cross); and Joe Jenkins (The Children's Society) reflected on their personal experiences of collaboration to deliver better supporter experiences.
