Loyalty Day 2024: how good is your supporter experience?

With close to 1,000 people registered, this year was bigger and better than ever before. And for us, this tells an important story: in an increasingly challenging fundraising climate, more organisations than ever are recognising the vital importance of investing in the experience for their supporters.
